In a tweet, the folklore singer said that she’d spoken with V Magazine about the reasons why she’ll be voting for the Democratic candidates. “So apt that it’s come out on the night of the VP debate. Gonna be watching and supporting @KamalaHarris by yelling at the tv a lot. And I also have custom cookies,” she wrote.

With the tweet, she included a photo of her V cover and a picture of herself holding the plate of cookies, which are frosted with the message “Biden/Harris 2020.” In the photo, Swift is also donning a “Voter” necklace.

While V’s “Thought Leaders” issue is available for pre-order today, the magazine’s website includes quotes from Swift about the issues she’s most concerned with. Among them: the current COVID-19 pandemic, LGBTQIA issues, as well as racism and sexism. She believes that under Biden and Harris, the U.S. can “start the healing process it so desperately needs.”

At this point, Swift voting for Biden should not come as a surprise. She’s appeared to be a strong supporter of the blue ticket, especially after Biden announced Harris as his running mate. The singer quote-tweeted Harris upon the announcement, simply writing “YES.”

Swift has also been an outspoken critic of Trump. As previously reported, amid the protests following George Floyd’s death, the musician tweeted that the president “stok[ed] the fires of white supremacy and racism” and vowed to vote him out come November.

In August, Swift also called on her fans to request early ballots and vote, at a time when it seemed as though funding to the United States Postal Service would be cut. “Trump’s calculated dismantling of USPS proves one thing clearly: He is WELL AWARE that we do not want him as our president,” she tweeted.

Swift’s publicist did not respond to Newsweek’s emailed request for comment in time for publication.
