The players are expected to report for duty at Wisma FAM on July 1 which will exclude players whose teams will be in action in the FA Cup semi-final.
The squad selected by Tan Cheng Hoe includes 11 players that featured in the last international played in March against Bhutan.
There’s a first time call-up to the senior team for Negeri Sembilan’s N. Thanabalan and Kelantan’s Danial Ashraf. Returning to the squad are the duo from Kedah in Syazwan Zainon and Rizal Ghazali.
A big talking point from the previous national team training camp was the release of several players based on rotation policy with Tan now deciding to recall five of those - Adam Nor Azlin, Hazwan Bakri, La’Vere Corbin-Ong, Aidil Zafuan and Rawilson Batuil.
