Bridgewater, as a guest of The Dan Patrick Show on Tuesday, had told his agent Cleveland wasn't a desirable location. Bridgewater got his wish, going No. 32 overall to Minnesota, 10 spots after the Browns took Manziel.
"Throughout this whole process, I felt more comfortable with the Minnesota Vikings," Bridgewater also told Patrick.
Before the draft, the Browns had been tied to taking either Manziel or Blake Bortles (No. 3 to Jacksonville) a lot more than wanting Bridgewater as their next franchise quarterback. Now we know the feeling was mutual.
