On Tuesday, photos surfaced via Twitter of a full-page advertisement reprortedly taken out by Bridgewater in the University of Louiville student newspaper The Louisville Cardinal.
The ad reads, “Thank You Louisville Cardinals family, friends and community for the love you showed me over the years. Best of luck to the 2014 team and beyond. Louisville first – Cards forever.”
Bridgewater will backup starting QB Matt Cassell heading into their Week 1 game against the St. Louis Rams.
